​All NEW COLOR CLIENTS must book a consultation prior to booking a color service. This guarantees that we have the proper amount of time, products on hand and the ability to set a hair goal plan with you. 

​Cancellation policy
All appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hour notice.  If cancelled within 24 hours a 50% of service will be charged.

We understand life can get in the way and things do come up so please call us so we can try and accommodate any way we can. Also, if you are feeling under the weather please contact us so we can reschedule for when you are healthy!
