APPOINTMENT POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
If you miss or cancel your appointment and do not provide the courtesy of at least a 24-hour notice, 50% of the cost of the service scheduled will be charged. This is agreed upon per our Square Agreement when booking an appointment.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
We understand life can get in the way and things do come up so please call us so we can try and accommodate any way we can. Also, if you are feeling under the weather please contact us so we can reschedule for when you are healthy!
NEW CLIENTS
All NEW CLIENTS must complete the New Client Consultation Request Form, prior to booking a service. This process helps streamline and helps us set your hair goals up for success. Once the form is completed we will be in touch within 48 business hours to schedule an in person consultation with you that guarantees we have the proper amount of time, products on hand and a plan for future appointments.
